The HelpDesk
The helpdesk is the place for asking any questions you may have about the game, ran by a group of dedicated, trusted members of the game known as Helpdesk Operators (HDO's). It is also there to report any dreaded bugs or exploits you may find in the game, which will be looked at and fixed as soon as possible by a Moderator or an Administrator.
Ranking and Rank Bar
For the first 24 hours of your MobLife career you get a free rank bar, which will tell you when you have acquired enough ranking experience to rank.
The best way to get ranking experience is to join an Organised Crime with a Mil Mi - 26 and
a Bugatti Veyron.
After your free 24 hour rank bar has expired it will cost you 100 points to purchase a new one, however this is not mandatory.
It costs an additional 85 points to purchase an advanced rank bar. You must buy the normal rank bar first. An advanced rank bar tells you when you are literally going to rank, as some ranks have limits on the amount of people can be on them.

Ranking your account is the main goal of Mob Life. There are a total of 20 ranks which are as follows:

On some of the ranks there is a limit on the number of people that can be in that rank, if the rank is full, you will not be able to rank up until:
a)You have more rank experience than the person above you
b)The person above you dies.
With each rank comes a reward of money and bullets. The amount of bullets you can buy at each rank goes up respectivly.

Safe House
Safe Houses are where you would wisely go if you're being hunted down (searched) by a player. Here in safe houses, you will be harder to be found when being searched, which could take up to 24 hours and the extended search box (in the search page) checked. To enter a safe house look on the countries page and find a safe house owner. Mail them and they will ask for a price for you to be invited to their safe house in that certain country. Once you have paid the owner, you will be invited to that safe house and either accept or decline, once accepted, some game play pages you won't be able to access as you are in hiding. Safe houses are NOT 100% safe for you not to be found. Just safe for a longer period of time. You can NOT stay in your own Safe House.

Money can be deposited in your bank account. Money may not be added into your bank account until all of the money has been withdrawn. There are several hours you can keep your money in for and earn extra interest, the times and interest are shown below:

Give Money
You may transfer money to other players by simply entering the amount, username and verification code. The times at which the interest is charged is stated below:
Instant: 15% Interest charged
2 Hours: (2 Hours until money is sent) 13% interest charged
4 Hours: 10% interest charged.
However if you are elite - instant transfers are 10%
Guns/Protection FAQ
There are a variety of guns, shown on the 'buy' page. But firstly, you can buy a pistol, then you must go inside the shooting range for 10 hours (altogether), then you have the opportunity to buy the next range of gun, and once again you must enter the shooting range to train up your gun. This cycle continues until you can buy your M40. On your protection, it starts from guard to Military protection. You must buy the first protection and then you can buy the second protection ect. until you buy military protection. If you leave your gang all of these guns and protection will be gone.
You may receive upgrades from your gang on both guns and protection - to receive better guns you must use points or wait for your gang to upgrade you.

Forums
There are different forums in the game of Mob Life; Classifieds Forum, Gaming Forum and Chat Forum. The Classifieds forum is for you to advertise all you matters in the game e.g. You want to do an oc (this topic goes inside the Adverts forum. Or if you wish to sell any game material. Look in the topic 'Advertisement Forum' for all the rules, breaking them may get you a mute . In the game forum, you can talk about any game matters e.g. Recruiting for your gang. Look in the topic 'Game Forum' for all the rules and guidelines. Once again, breaking these rules may get you a mute. In the chat forum, you can talk about anything unrelated to the game. The name describes itself, but for more referrals check the 'chat forum' topic. If the rules are broken a mute may be given.
Gangs
Gangs are like a massive family in Mob life where everybody protects each other. Be careful, there maybe spies within a gang. A gang can become a massive success ruling the world of Mob life with Casinos and Bullet Factories. You can create your own gang with your own money. To create a small gang it will cost you £1,000,000, having a member capacity of 1-25 members. A Medium sized gang, costing £10,000,000, having a member capacity of 1-50. A Large gang, costing £20,000,000, having a member capacity of 1-75 members. Or a Extra Large gang, costing £50,000,000, having a member capacity of 1-100 members. Not all gangs will be successful, but some may have brother gangs to expand their empire and influence. You can appoint an underboss, some members on your council and recruiters. Each Job has different actions and responsibilities. You have to pay a daily gang tax, which varies on the different sizes of gangs. The bigger the gang, the more you have to pay daily. If you do not pay your gang tax then your gang will be suspended, disabling all gang options apart from the gang tax payment. Please Note: You will need to have at least three gang members to be able to pay your gang tax and access other gang benefits. Perhaps you could become the most powerful gang leader on Mob life? Only 7 gangs are available and you can view all the current gangs at the bottom of the statistics page.To Hold a gang successfully, you will need 3 members minimum to qualify for gang benefits.
Hitlist
The hitlist is where you can put a bounty on someone for an amount of money or points. You chose how much money/points you wish to place upon the player (within your money on hand and points on your account). The more the reward for the kill of the hitlisted player, the more people will search and try to kill. Your name will appear on the hitlister column. But, you can make yourself anonymous by paying an extra fee relative to the persons rank and stated in red below the form. The payments are 'x' by the users rank to remain anon (Pickpocket = 1) . Bullets
Bullets are used to kill users. You can buy them using the bullet factory, only buying a set amount every minute, which goes up respectively as you rank up. When you are going to kill someone you must remember to use a healthy amount of bullets. If you under shoot, then the victim will survive and won't be able to be shot at for 2 hours. When you shoot your bullets they will instantly be deducted from your overall amount. The more bullets used, the safer. Once you kill, Witness Statements will be received by four randoms users in the country of your victim. Please use the bullet calculator for more accurate predictions. Happy Killing.
Crimes
Crimes are the main income of money when you start off in the game. There are 9 types of Crimes, each one getting you incrementally more and more money. They are:
- Mug Another Player
- Hijack An Aircraft
- Hack Company Bank
- Hack A National Bank
- Hold Up A Bank
- Credit Card Fraud
- Rob from a Safe
- Rob A Local Shop
- Commit A Mugging
Obviously, as you start off as a low rank, you can only do the lower crimes. But as you progress during the game and begin to rank, you can start to commit more advanced crimes, such as; Hack A Company Bank and Hijack An Aircraft. You will see a percentage by the crimes; these this indicate the probability of you successfully committing it. The more advanced you get at the crimes, the the bigger that number will become. The more advanced the crime, the more money you will get if you successfully commit it. However, bear in mind, but understand there is always a risk of you getting caught and being sent to jail if the crime is unsuccessful. Please note that "Mug Another Player" is completely random.
Theft
Vehicle Theft is a very good way of making some serious money, if you manage to steal a Mil-Mi-26 or a Bugatti Veyron you will be able to sell it for very high amounts of money to other players

*Police vehicles are special, they can be used in OC's but do not give out as high a payout as Mil Mi - 26's and Bugatti Veyron's. They are primarily used in murders; if you use a police vehicle as the getaway, then no witness statements will be sent out, giving you a chance to get away with murder! However, there is a chance that you could fail the murder, get caught and have your victim told that you tried to kill them, giving them a chance to kill you instead.
Organised Crime
Organised Crimes (known as OC's), are the most popular and greatest way to rank, but they have a slight risk of failing. To start an Organised Crime you must select whether you want an 8 man or 4 man crime. Once you've selected one you then must select if you want all the money or share it out with the team. Once you've decided, click Start. After, you will see many options of roles in a team, you must invite people to join your OC. The better the equipment that they buy, the more the cost, but the better the outcome. If you have a 4 man OC you must use a helicopter (see Vehicle theft), and in an 8 man OC, you must use a car and a helicopter. Once the team is ready and has all equipment you must click Commit. Then you will be mailed with the result and winnings (if a success). If you fail a varied amount of consequences will be received. You can also type "ALL" into the invite box and select the position, this will make that posistion PUBLIC meaning anyone (providing you did not put a minimum rank on it) can join.
At the bottom of the Organised Crime page is a statistic box telling you, how many OC's you have totally done, how many you have done which were successful and how many you have failed.
Casinos
Casinos are mostly owned by players of the game. These properties are used so people can gamble their money on the selected casino and hopefully win back double or whatever the odds are in the casino. To own a casino you must either:
1. Win the casino owner's money.
2. Buy the casino.
3. Kill the owner and then pick it up (when it says property dropped)
4. Or pick it up when it is released.
Casino owners can sometimes be very very profitable, some may fall in debt and lose everything including their casino. You must be willing to take a risk and have enough money to hold a casino, so you don't become a fallen owner! Finally, there will be a max bet when you click a casino, this means that you can only bet as much as that but more that 100.

Referral Exchange
Referral Exchange is a way to recruit more active members to Mob Life. For each of the e-mail referrals you will receive 500 bullets. This is so that mob life can have hundreds of active players. There is also the referral link. Send this around the net and you will get the reward as well!
Find User
The Find User section is where you can find any user which plays Mob life. This can be used to see if he/she is alive or dead, view profiles or even to send a message. This system is useful to many players for the reasons stated in the previous sentence.
Statistics
The statistics page is where you can find vital information such as "Last 10 Deaths", it also displays the Most Bullets, Most Banked Cash, Most Cash, Last 10 Registered Players, Last 5 promotions and Last 5 Demotions!
Countries
Countries are places that you fly to using the airport. Different countries have their own properties. Some have different Bullet Factory prices and different casino prices. It's good to search around all the countries and see which country suits you best.
Jail
The jail is where you are sent if you either fail an aircraft theft a normal crime or Failure to kill a user. You will be sent to jail for a period of time deemed fit for your offence. People in the same country as you may be able to bust you out of jail. If that person doesn't succeed, then he/she also gets sent to jail. You can set a reward for your bust and if you get busted then the reward will automatically come out of your balance. You may bust as many times as you wish but realize there is always a chance of going to jail.
Yet whilst in jail you have a selection of options in which you can bust yourself out, a friend, or everyone in the whole jail! Yet if you fail, your sentence in jail will be extended! Also, while in jail, the only activity you'll be able to do is go to the Arena.
Airport
The airport is used to travel around to the different countries of MobLife. The cost for where you want to go is beside the country, as well as how long it will be before you can next travel. You can shorten your travel time by selecting one of the options further down. There is the Business option, which costs £10 extra and decreases your travel timer by 10 minutes, First Class, which costs £25 and decreases your travel timer by 20 minutes, and there is the Premium option, which costs £50 and decreases your travel timer by 30 minutes!
Buy
In the buy section on the left, you can buy a variety of machinery; guns, and protection. The guns range from a little pistol to the great buy of a M40. You can buy a pistol at first, then you must go inside the shooting range for 10 hours (altogether) then you have the opportunity to buy the next range of gun, and once again you must enter the shooting range to train up your gun. This cycle continues until you can buy your M40. On your protection, it starts from guard to Military protection. You must buy the first protection and then you can buy the second protection ect. until you buy military protection. If you leave your gang all of these protections will be taken away. Please note, if you are in a gang your gang has the option of upgrading you
Escrow
Escrow is a method of transferring items between two players securely. Similar to a middleman in a transaction. These items could be anything from an aircraft or cash to a Bullet Factory or Casino. Each person does not have to send something, it can be one person passing an item to another for free.
Missions
Missions are easy ways to gain a lot of money and bullets. Some missions may be easy, others maybe harder. The easiest way to complete a mission, is persistence. You will find out what to do in your mission on the 'missions' page. Once you have completed a mission you will receive a Mob Mail with the 'story' and reward for completion.

Stock Market
The Stock Market is a place that you can buy and sell stocks. You can either gain or lose money depending on where you buy in and where you sell your stocks. There are six different stocks to chose from. The number of stocks you can buy depends on your rank and increases by 30 each rank that you climb.
Chase
The Chase feature is as it sounds, you put yourself in the mindset of being chased by the police and having to decide which direction to go in next. You can choose to go right, left, straight on or to do a U-turn. Every time you try a chase, one of these directions will give you another go to decide the direction, two of them will end with you crashing into a tree in your haste to get away from the police (and will take 2% - 3%% health from you) and the other direction will end in you evading the police, netting you around 2k - 7k in profit. The directions that give each outcome change each time you try, meaning that you have a 25% chance of making money, a 25% chance of another go and a 50 chance of crashing. You can attempt a chase once every 15 minutes and the feature is not affected by rank or the economy.
Achievements
Achievements are several in-game goals to complete, there is a reward of £1,000,000 and 50,000 bullets once you complete them all, these goals are:
- 1,500 Successfull Crimes.
- Get to Gang Underboss rank.
- 100 Successfull OC's.
- 700 Aircraft Thefts.
- 50,000 Bullets Purchased.
- 100 Arena Wins.
- 200 Heists.
- 3,000 Successfull Busts.
Suicide
Suicide is a way of killing your account without someone else shooting you. Committing suicide is a one way process, you may not be revived by a moderator for clicking the suicide button. Once you click the suicide button you will be sent an email containing a code. Once you enter the code on this page, you account will be killed.
Sell
On the Sell Items page you can sell your current gun (bare in mind once you sell it you have to go through all the process of buying a gun and entering the shooting range). Also, you can sell your protection (once again you will have to buy all the protections one by one). Also you can sell your aircrafts, you must enter the ID of the selected aircraft and select how much you want to sell it for. Then you can decide if you want to remain anonymous, meaning the buyer wont know who you are. Once you sell your aircraft it will appear on the buy page. Where any user can buy the aircraft. You can remove an aircraft your selling by clicking the selected aircraft and the remove button.
Please note you may not sell items purchased with points.
Shooting Range
The shooting range is where you go to train up your current gun so you can advance to the next gun. It costs £15,000 and 100 bullets an hour and you must have gone into the shooting range for a total of 10 hours, before you can upgrade to the next gun.
Leaving the shooting range will cost you an amount of your health and you will revert to your original trained percent on your gun.
Points
Points can be bought from the Purchase Points page for real money, however, you can also buy them from other players. Points can be used for all sorts of advantages in the game, a few of them are, swapping them for bullets, training in the shooting range without having to go in for 10 hours and being able to reset your OC and Heist timer, so you can do extra of them. All of these options and more can be found in the Management page, under the Points section of the toolbar. If your account has been killed, You can recover the remaining points from the account using Points Recovery, Under the points section.
Elite Member
There are many things you can do from becoming an elite member already, this includes but is not limited too some of these items below:
- The ability to hire three detectives at once.
- Bank Transfers are set at 10%.
- The number of bullets you can purchase is thirty more than normal at your rank.
- Your name appears gold on the members online page as well as your profile.
- You may store upto twenty saved messages.
- You do not need to purchase a kill credit for a point when shooting members who have been signed up for less than a week.
